How does one describe perfection. We shopped over Niagara without any luck until we found Little Brothers. It was a Sunday afternoon when we stopped to look at their vehicles. We were very impressed…so many lovely cars and trucks, they all looked new. We were delighted to be able to read about the cars we were interested in. We could see the price, mileage, if it was gas, diesel or electric etc.,etc., nothing was hidden from us. We went back again on the Monday and talked with Perry, he was very helpful without being pushy, he told us to take out the Nissan we were interested in and see what we thought of it. We loved it but were a little fearful of buying a smaller SUV after driving a van for many years…Perry said “don’t rush, go home and think about it” come back and take another drive around if you feel like it, we want you to be HAPPY 😃 we have lots more that you can try. We came home, talked about it and the next day went back and bought our Nissan. Perry’s son Brandon spent time going over everything with us, he showed us all the little surprise things that were new to us, like heated seats, back up cameras, remote start up etc., too many for me to explain to you right now. We found Brandon as patient and delightful as his dad. Next we went into see Sarah to pay our bill, once again we were pleasantly delighted with the way she took us through our purchase documents, telling us that she would take care of all the paperwork with Service Ontario etc., this is truly the easiest experience we have had buying a vehicle of any kind over the past 60 years of living in Canada 🇨🇦. We would certainly recommend Little Brothers to others…if you want a Happy experience, honest opinion and good quality vehicles, not to mention being made to feel special, go and see Perry, Brandon and Sarah. You will never regret it. Oh! I almost forgot to say, you can go back and ask questions and get the same quality service even after you have made your purchase…they are always there for you. This is an amazing spot! My parents Maria and Luis bought a 15 seater van from here and had the best service anyone could ask for! All of the staff showed them patience, and were extremely kind! My parents had nothing negative to say it was all a very POSITIVE experience and would definitely come here again if they need it.
